Deceased Estate Administration

Our service includes acting as an executor and trustee under a Will, a trustee of a discretionary or other Will trust or assisting an executor or the administrator of an estate under our Executor Assist service. 

The service encompasses the full estate administration including attending to overseas assets, taxation returns, legal documents, asset sales and transfers. We can assist interstate or overseas executors.

Estate Planning

A full range of estate planning services are available from simple to more complex Wills, Enduring powers of attorney and guardianship and medical powers of attorney. We facilitate Trust and other deeds, business succession arrangements, Super proceeds trusts and more.All documents are prepared by qualified legal practitioners and clients have access to a free custody service for documents.

Agency and Trust Services

Our range of services includes acting under a power of attorney or assisting an attorney to attend to their duties (refer to section ‘Agencies and Trusts’). We can also be appointed as trustee in various trusts including Will and other settled trusts.

Our people are experienced estate and trust administrators. Many of our staff have held senior positions in trustee company operations in Australia and overseas.
